The hiring company is a major operating division of a Global 100 company, headquartered in the Chicago area. Seeking to staff a key position in their SAP group. Responsibilities include the analysis, design, development, implementation, reporting and support of BW components in all application areas. Will also be responsible for ongoing maintenance of SAP-R/3 extractors (ABAP) and SAP-BW cubes and ODS objects. Manage day-to-day support of end-users.

Looking for someone who can work with little supervision and apply standard SAP BW architecture. Should have analytical skills to asses business requirements and design the correct star schema architecture to satisfy those requirements. Also will customize extractors to meet requirements. Responsibilities include, among others, defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, documentation, defining support procedures and implementation.

Must be eligible to work for any employer in U.S. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills a must.
